Sara Hoeflich is the Director of the area of learning in United Cities and Local Governments (UCLG), where she has also been in charge of the portfolio on decentralized cooperation and city-to-city learning. She started working at UCLG in 2006, after almost 10 years working for GIZ in Indonesia and Colombia, in the field of urban planning and public management. She has a diploma from the University of Aachen as an architect. He has more than 20 years of experience in international cooperation, urban development and strategic planning and has developed numerous learning methodologies and networks between local and regional governments.
