Sabrina Lucatelli is a high-level expert in the field of territorial policies in favor of areas of low population density, dealing with development issues as well as service reorganizations at the international and national / local levels. Currently, she is a Senior Expert in the Evaluation Unit of the Prime Minister's Office and Director of Riabitare l'Italia, an Italian cultural association. He has been in charge of the Inland Zones Strategy for the Office of the First Ministry of Italy: a special action to stop the population decline in small municipalities and mountainous areas. She is the Delegate of Italy and Deputy Secretary of the TDCP / Rural Zones. Previously, he worked at the OECD as an economist in the Directorate of Agriculture and Fisheries and Food and the Department of the Economy, and in the European Commission, working both in the Directorate for Regional Policy and the Development Agency, in Brussels. He graduated from the University of Rome and completed a Master's Degree in Agricultural Economics from the Catholic University of Milan and a Higher Diploma in Rural Development from University College Cork. It has been implementing important research and evaluation activities trying to assess how Rural Development Policy and Regional Policy are impacting rural areas in Italy, Europe and OECD countries. His works include books, papers and articles on the relations between agriculture and the economy of a region in general; links between rural and urban areas; local development and provision of basic services in rural areas. He is a senior piano student (pre-academic level).
