Noëlla Richard leads the youth team of the United Nations Development Program and UNDP's Global Youth Program for Sustainable Development and Peace (Youth-GPS), a response to both the 2030 Agenda and Resolution 2250 of the United Nations Security Council on Youth, Peace and Security. Noëlla represents UNDP in the Interinstitutional Network on Youth Development and the Global
Coalition for Youth, Peace and Security. She previously served in the UNDP Democratic Governance Group, focusing on public administration, local governance, women's leadership and gender equality and broader governance issues. Prior to UNDP headquarters, he worked for the French Ministry of Finance and Foreign Affairs, UNESCO, the Global Business Coalition on HIV / AIDS, the Paris Economic Council for Sustainable Development and UNDP in Morocco. She is a graduate of Sciences Po Paris and the Sorbonne University.
