Edgardo Marcelo Cruzado Silverii
Economist from the Pontifical Catholic University of Peru, with a Master's Degree in Public Policy and Territorial Development from the University of Deusto (Basque Country - Spain) and the University of Palermo (Sicily - Italy). He has worked and researched on issues of budget management, fiscal decentralization, participatory monitoring, extractive industries, and social programs. Participates in negotiation processes with authorities at the national, regional and local levels and project coordination. At the regional level, he has worked on regional and local competitiveness issues, developing projects and management instruments, such as Regional Competitiveness and Development Plans. He has worked in the Regional Government of Piura, the Congress of the Republic, the Ministry of Economy and Finance, ESSALUD, the Ministry of Development and Social Inclusion and as Secretary of Decentralization of the Presidency of the Council of Ministers (PCM). He is currently the Vice Minister of Territorial Governance of the PCM.
