Degree in Political Science from the University of the Republic, Uruguay. Master in Government and Public Management. Pompeu Fabra University, Barcelona. University Specialist in Local Development and Multilateral Cooperation for Latin America and the Caribbean from the Pablo Olavide University of Seville.
He currently works as Territorial Development Manager at the National Development Agency of Uruguay.
From 2008 to 2016 he served in the United Nations Development Program (UNDP) as Technical Coordinator in Local Economic Development and Decentralization. From 2006 to date he has been a teacher in charge of the subjects State and Public Policy and Contemporary Political Theory at the University of the Republic.
