Commercial lawyer specialized in banking and microfinance law. Business Lawyer with Master of Business Law and Postgraduate Diploma in Specialized Studies (DESS) in Banking Law obtained from Cheikh Anta Diop University in DAKAR. He followed several certification courses in microfinance in Senegal and in Development Law at the International Development Law Organization (IDLO) in Rome, Italy. She is the General Director of the Municipal Development and Solidarity Fund (FODEM) of the City of Dakar, which is a refinancing structure for savings and credit mutuals that are located in the Municipality of Dakar and that finances the leaders of projects that do not they can access conventional bank financing. It also supervises the Business Incubator for the Promotion of Employment through Microfinance (CEPEM) which is a structure created by the Dakar City Council and dedicated to entrepreneurship training. She is a member of several women's associations that fight for gender equality (Senegalese Association of Senegalese Women Lawyers) and Vice President of the Senegalese Association of University Graduates (ASFDU).
