This learning session will provide the basic elements to define what we understand by the impact of LED in the world of employment, especially in the framework of COVID 19 and with a focus on countries in situations of fragility. We will analyze the common peculiarities of the different types of organizations and companies part of LED strategies and how elements of regional and sub-regional, national and local cooperation can be integrated in development.

This session will provide the basic elements to define how LED can impact on the world of employment, and in particular on jobs that would help increase resilience and combat fragility and precariousness, especially in the framework of COVID 19. From the common peculiarities of the different types of organizations and companies we will analyze how LED strategies can integrate elements of regional and sub-regional, national and local cooperation in local development, and in particular in countries that are suffering from the economic impacts of the pandemic .
